This year’s Youth-At-Risk Breakfast will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 7:30 a.m. in the BJCC, East Ballroom. Our guest speaker is Coach Bruce Pearl, Auburn University Final Four Basketball Coach.

For over 100 years the mission of the Boy Scouts of America has been grounded in values that help youth make ethical decisions. This mission is needed today more than ever.

The Greater Alabama Council, Boy Scouts of America is recognized as one of the leading councils in the nation because of its effort to reach youth in all segments of our society. For the past 46 years, this special fundraising breakfast has been held in Birmingham to support Scouting and local outreach efforts. Because all youth are at-risk at some point in their lives, the Boy Scouts of America is much more than a “recreational program.” It is a delivery system provider of service to the community by helping develop leadership, service and positive character traits in each individual youth. The experiences and values that Scouts learn in the Scouting program are not only developmental; they also provide a foundation for life.

Please consider attending this event or sponsoring a table. For more information contact Kim Thomas at kim.thomas@scouting.org.
